Friendly staff quickly addressed and rectified an error with our reservation. Comfortable room with modern amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker. Convenient location close to local attractions. Clean and well-maintained facilities. Complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a fridge, coffee/tea makers and a seating area. Had large bathroom. Location: the hotel was near to Close to highway exit and restaurants and movie theater and Spokane.

Holiday Inn Express was fantastic. the front desk was accommodating, comped our stay. the room featured comfortable pillows, modern amenities, and nice lighting. the outside seating areas were cozy, with free bike rentals available. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to go down to a hot breakfast every morning. We loved Hazel☺️ We really enjoyed sitting around the fire outside at night. Great place to stay!

Holiday Inns in America are always short on staff and services as opposed to Asia where the Holiday Inns are at a much higher level - the value for money just is not there - I have stayed at four different Holiday Inns in the USA on my visit and the same opinions would apply to all.

This place is perfectly situated by the waterfront and the room with a hot tub was a great bonus, plus the bed was super comfortable.

Easy to find just off the freeway and a short simple drive into town. Good room and helpful staff.

The free breakfast was a nice surprise but I feel it would be much nicer with proper ceramic plates and cups and steel cutlery. Disposable plates just make it feel down market to me and surely a dishwasher would not be so expensive. The breakfast room was also rather cramped.

The room is newly decorated and well-appointed, with all the essentials you need like central heating, a private safe, and a multi-channel television. the staff are professional and ready to help if you need anything. the location is comfy, just 2 miles from Frontier Ice Arena, and a convenient 15-minute walk to the bus station.

I especially liked the indoor pool and spa. The hot breakfasts were great: gave you time to plan your day without running off to an expensive restaurant. The little dinners 3nites a week were a sweet touch!

The only entrance to our suite was through the main lobby every time we left or returned.

Staff was great! We left a cell phone in the room and they got back to us that they found it and are sending it.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Coeur d'Alene is a gorgeous choice with a prime location by the Spokane River. The staff are diligent, and the breakfast is hot and delicious. The queen room is spacious and well-equipped with amenities like central heating, a private safe, and a multi-channel television.

Our location was great. The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast. Would stay there again if we get to go back to Coeur d Alene! Very nice staff at check in.
